OWNER: Our Lady of Mt. Lebanon
LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA
DELIVERY METHOD: Owner’s Authorized Representative Performing Construction Management Services

The project plan is to deconstruct most of the existing cathedral building, and temporarily store it at an offsite location. Following the completion of the subterranean parking structure and the shell of the residential tower proposed as part of the Project, the cathedral would be reconstructed and rehabilitated in its approximate original location, with some modifications.

The three existing ancillary church buildings would be demolished. In addition to the rehabilitation of the existing cathedral, the Project includes the development of new ancillary church uses, including meeting rooms, offices and a multi-purpose room, in a 3-story building, and a 19-story residential apartment building with 153 dwelling units, including 17 units (15%) designated as restricted affordable at the Very Low Income level.
