This project features a new public park with a 7,025 sq. ft. community recreation building in the Arts and Crafts style. The building features activity and assembly rooms, a kitchen, offices, a lobby, and a conference room.

There are many high-end finishes such as a sky-fold wall that can be used to separate the assembly room. The project also includes a playground with play equipment and sand, landscaped picnic areas, a restroom building, an outdoor basketball court, and a parking lot.
