MCI was recently awarded the design-build project for 92nd Street Elementary School STEAM Academy. Working closely with IBI Group throughout the design phase, Morillo will soon start work on the site.

Work will include the demolition of dilapidated buildings, total renovation of historical site aspects, and the new construction of a 2 story classroom building. Additional site upgrades, including wet and dry utility upgrades, painting, and landscaping work will be completed.
