This project is a joint-use agreement between the City of San Gabriel and Garvey School District on the campus of John Marshall Elementary School. 

Park improvements included the restroom building, two metal roof picnic structions, one fabric shade shelter, one CMU trash enclosure, and additional site improvements including asphalt paving, planting, and irrigation.
