Pecan Park is located in the heart of Los Angeles, and features a 9,300 sq. ft. gymnasium building with basketball courts, bleacher seating, restrooms, and administrative offices. New city sidewalks and off-site utilities were also part of the project.

The interior is naturally lit by raised, geometric clerestory windows. The exterior of the building has patterned and colored masonry block walls with textured corrugated metal siding.
