This project consisted of tilt-up construction of a new coating shop building of 13,126 sq. ft., and a renovated portion of the existing coating shop area of 1,600 sq. ft. The facility has new shop areas, an office space, a conference room, restrooms, and locker rooms. It also holds a new blast booth, a renovated blast booth, and 3 new paint booths with the associated electrical and mechanical systems.

Included was also site demolition work, new site paving, conduits and cables routed underground from the existing machine/ fabrication shop building to telecom. The project also involved the addition of an office, restroom, and conference area to the existing fabrication shop of 647 sq. ft.
