The Maclay Health Center for Children was built in 2 increments. The first increment included the demolition of the existing health clinic building, as well as site preparation and underground utilities. The second and final increment was the installation of a one-story building, and installation, completion, and building connections for the site utilities installed in Increment 1.

Increment 2 concluded with the completion of all site improvements: including but not limited to a new parking lot, lighting, landscaping, hardscape and paving, and fencing.
