MCI and Arcadis (formerly IBI Group) were awarded the design-build project for 92nd Street Elementary School STEAM Academy. Construction is well underway.

Total work will include the demolition of dilapidated buildings, total renovation of historical site aspects, and the new construction of a 2 story classroom building. Additional site upgrades, including wet and dry utility upgrades, painting, and landscaping work will be completed.
